Sunday (roommate) Dinner
We've been meeting every Sunday now for nearly a decade, enjoying the fruits of each other's culinary skills (which are rather good), sharing the events of our lives, discussing the issues of the day and playing games. One of the best ideas I've come across.

After years of just eating dinner together, our group decided to try a weekend camping trip in the St. Francis Mountains at Onondaga, Elephant Rocks and Taum Sauk Mtn. State Parks on 1-3 June 2001. We had such a good time, we went camping again in May 2002 Maramac Springs Park outside of St. James.
Here are some of our favorite recipes.
Sunday/Roommate Dinner Members
Roommate Dinner Schedule (Since Randy's been keeping track)
Back in the fall of 1994, the original three members of the UCB (University City Brothel) (Kathy,
Traci and Stephanie) and their special friend Patrick decided to get together once a week for dinner to foster
camaraderie, etc. Cooking duties would rotate among the members. The group consisted primarily of Washington University doctorial
candidates in biology but as time wore on, the group expanded to include significant others, their
roommates and past significant others after they broke up, etc. Several of the members are married now and others have moved on to continue their careers elsewhere but the group's ties remain fairly strong.
